On Friday August 22, 2008 my good friend Wayne stopped by on his way through, more like in the process of moving to Gladewater from San Jose. We were glad to have him and it was good to hang out. He had his Charger loaded down with about 800 pounds worth of tools, clothes etc and brought an appetite with him as well. So we took him to our favorite restaurant, Poca Cosa, and had a small gourmet worthy feast. We are very excited for Wayne as he retires from his job in San Jose and moves on to owning his own Pizza Shop and Snow Cone stand!!! I am sure with Wayne at the helm the businesses will be vastly successful. Times like these always make you a little sad that you don't have more time time to spend with your friends but as happy as you could be for them for making such a great go of it. Congratulations on retirement and the start of a new dream Wayne, it was great seeing you and we are looking forward to the next time!!!
