May 5
Location: Fry's Grocery Store in Tucson Arizona, Houghton & Rita Road
Driving Habits: Relatively normal with some getting after it testing things out, almost all in town driving
Miles Driven: 221.31
Total Cost: $35.40 @ $3.54/gallon
Total Fuel: 10.234 gallons
Gas Mileage: 21.63 MPG
Notes: 91 Octane, was a little skeptical about the idea of the gas quality
May 17
Location: Chevron on 22nd & Kolb
Driving Habits: Very little aggressive driving, due to bad gas mostly. Also included a trip up Mount Lemmon
Miles Driven: 268.30
Total Cost: $51.28 @ $3.74/gallon
Total Fuel: 13.71 gallons
Gas Mileage: 19.57 MPG
Notes: 91 Octane, was still 1/4 of a tank of the bad Fry's gas left over. On that note, the gas from Fry's was bad causing the motor to ping under hard acceleration and seems to have contributed to poor overall gas mileage as well. Note to self, never fill up the Vette there again.
July 17
Location: Shell on Rita Road & Old Vail Highway
Driving Habits: Typical Corvette driving fast, slow, fast, slow…
Miles Driven: 306.10
Total Cost: $61.64 @ $4.04/gallon
Total Fuel: 15.26 gallons
Gas Mileage: 20.06 MPG
Notes: 91 Octane. Ran tank pretty low, not really sure why. Still haven't tested what kind of mileage the car will get if it is driven strictly for mileage… its too tempting to drive it like a Vette.

Hey, my Hemi gets about the same gas mileage as your Vet–and I can pull your Vet and then some–not to mention I can drive over the top of you
. I get 18-21 MPG!!!!
Cool car. I really like it.
The day your Hemi truck gets the same gas mileage as my Vette (with the same driving conditions) or pulls it (as sits) is the day I sell it. Hehe, hi mom!!!
